What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?

Do not assume every purchase is eligible for the same remedy. Ask the seller about unclear wording before placing the order.

What should I check before accepting a suggested substitute?

Check its exact identity rather than accepting a description such as similar without details. Consider the complete value of the new offer rather than only a claimed upgrade.

What should I check before asking to combine separate orders?

Keep the original confirmations until the revised arrangement is documented. Confirm that all relevant orders belong to the correct purchaser.
