Pay directly from your bank account without entering card details.

Open Banking allows you to make a secure bank-to-bank payment using your existing online banking or mobile banking app.

How it works:

1. Select Open Banking at checkout.
2. Choose your bank from the list of supported banks.
3. Log in or open your banking app.
4. Authorise the payment securely through your bank.

There is no need to enter your card number or manually transfer funds. Payments are initiated directly from your bank account, and confirmation is usually received within seconds.

Fena supports banks in the UK and across supported European countries, making it a convenient alternative to traditional card payments.

Klarna – Pay in Full or Spread the Cost

Pay the full amount today or split your purchase into smaller payments with Klarna.

Klarna offers flexible payment options, allowing you to choose how and when you pay.

Depending on your country, eligibility and the options available at checkout, you may be able to:

• Pay in Full: Pay the entire order amount immediately using your debit or credit card through Klarna’s secure checkout.
• Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, where available.
• Pay Later: Place your order now and pay the full amount at a later date, typically within 30 days, where available.
• Financing: Spread the cost over a longer period with an eligible financing plan.

Simply select Klarna at checkout, choose your preferred available payment method and follow the instructions to complete your order.

Credit & Debit Cards – Visa & Mastercard

Pay instantly and securely using your credit or debit card.

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment gateway.

How it works:

1. Select Credit or Debit Card at checkout.
2. Enter your card number, expiry date and security code.
3. Complete any additional verification requested by your bank.
4. Once authorised, your payment is confirmed.

Payments are processed securely using encrypted technology, with additional authentication such as 3D Secure where required.

Bank Transfer – Direct Payment

Transfer your payment directly to our bank account.

Traditional bank transfer is available for eligible orders and is particularly useful for customers who prefer not to use online payment gateways.

How it works:

1. Select Bank Transfer at checkout.
2. Place your order to receive our bank account details.
3. Make the transfer through your online banking app or bank.
4. Include your order number as the payment reference.

Unlike Open Banking, traditional bank transfers must be completed manually.

Your order will be processed once the funds have arrived and the payment has been verified.

Cryptocurrency Payments – NOWPayments

Pay using cryptocurrency, with additional fiat payment options where available.

We use NOWPayments, a cryptocurrency payment gateway supporting a wide range of digital currencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC) and many others.

Pay with cryptocurrency

Select Cryptocurrency at checkout, choose your preferred coin and follow the payment instructions. You can complete the payment from your existing crypto wallet using the provided wallet address or QR code.

Fiat On-Ramp – Pay Using Traditional Money

NOWPayments also supports fiat on-ramp technology, allowing eligible customers to pay using traditional currencies while the payment provider converts the funds into cryptocurrency.

Where enabled and supported, available payment methods may include:

• Visa and Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Revolut Pay
• Other regional payment methods

This means you may be able to complete a payment without already owning cryptocurrency or having a crypto wallet.

Fiat on-ramp availability depends on the payment provider, your country and the payment methods enabled for the transaction. Additional verification and conversion fees may apply.

Your order will be processed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
