Ingredients:

• Vitamin C – ascorbic acid- supports the immune system, acts as an antioxidant, and participates in collagen and corticosteroid synthesis. In addition, it accelerates wound healing and optimises iron absorption.


• Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine; participates in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, fats and nitrogenous compounds. It plays a vital role in synthesising proteins, nucleic acids, glycogen, and hormones. In addition, it regulates cysteine and haemoglobin levels.

Strength & Pump Complex:

• Beta-Alanine – an organic chemical compound from the amino acid group; an essential component for specific exercise parameters. It builds proteins, increases the level of carnosine in muscles, improves performance and supports muscle work.
