Usage Instructions:

3. Check Temperature: Ensure the tray is cool enough to handle comfortably.
4. Mould the Tray: Place the tray in your mouth to cover the dental arch. Press firmly with fingers, cheeks, and tongue for 30 seconds.
5. Cool the Tray: Remove and cool the tray under cold water.
6. Trim for Comfort: Trim the tray for a comfortable fit to optimize whitening results.
7. Apply Whitening Gel: Apply the whitening gel onto the tray and place it in your mouth. Wear for 4-6 hours per session for effective results.
