Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Most are shipped within 24 hours of the order date.
UK Standard Delivery
Delivery cost – £3.66
Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours (in rare cases, they can take 2-3 working days to be sent) and arrive within 2-4 business days. Your order will be delivered via a tracked Royal Mail service.
UK Next Day Delivery*
Delivery cost – £8.75 (for orders up to 2kg)
Orders placed by 1 p.m. will be dispatched the same day (orders placed on Friday before 9 p.m. will be delivered on Monday(excluding Bank Holidays); orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday). Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and must be signed off. Suppose no one is available to sign for the delivery. In that case, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying that the delivery has been attempted, including further information regarding re-delivery.
If the order weighs more than 2kg, it will be automatically sent with UK Standard Delivery.
UK Next Day delivery may not be available during sale periods.
Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.

International Shipping for EU Customers
We understand that recent changes related to Brexit have made international shipping to the EU more complex. To adapt to these new regulations and continue delivering our products quickly and without disruption, we’ve introduced an improved logistics process for EU customers.
How it works:
When you place an order from an EU country:
1. Your order is first processed and securely packed in our UK facility.
2. It is then forwarded to our trusted logistics partner based in the EU.
3. From there, it is dispatched directly to you using a local courier service.
4. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way to your destination.
This method allows us to handle all the customs requirements and paperwork efficiently before the product enters the EU retail network. As a result, you won’t need to deal with customs clearance, pay extra import taxes, or face any delays at the border.

To ensure your order goes out that week, please place it by 10:00 AM on Thursday (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be included in the next shipment.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
If you return your purchase by post or courier after 14 days, we reserve the right to refrain from offering you a refund or may return your purchase.
If you decide to return the item, you will be subject to a restocking fee and still have to pay return shipping.
Refunds can only be given for products returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.

3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt in your package.
Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used is not in original condition or is defective will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. In this case, you will be subject to a restocking fee and still have to pay for return shipping.
Cancellation
Please keep in mind that the 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if the product still needs to be dispatched.
Please make sure we receive your returned items within 14 days of receiving them so we can refund you via the original payment method.

Returns sent without the abovementioned points will be held for seven days only. After this period, the parcel will be destroyed, and the refund will not be honoured.

Special Delivery Guaranteed Returns and Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day, we will aim but
do not guarantee to deliver your Items by the delivery times set out in the relevant schedule,
except that we cannot give any target time for delivery of Items we accept for handing over to
BFPO or for delivery to areas listed in the main exclusions in the Parcels User Guide.
