Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Most are shipped within 24 hours of the order date.

UK Standard Delivery

Delivery cost – £3.66

Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours (in rare cases, they can take 2-3 working days to be sent) and arrive within 2-4 business days. Your order will be delivered via a tracked Royal Mail service

UK Next Day Delivery*

Delivery cost – £8.00 (for orders up to 2kg)

Orders placed by 1 p.m. will be dispatched the same day (orders placed on Friday before 9 p.m. will be delivered on Monday(excluding Bank Holidays); orders placed after 1 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday). Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail and must be signed off. Suppose no one is available to sign for the delivery. In that case, Royal Mail will leave a card notifying that the delivery has been attempted, including further information regarding re-delivery.

If the order weighs more than 2kg, it will be automatically sent with UK Standard Delivery. 

UK Next Day delivery may not be available during sale periods.

Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day.

International Shipping (EU ONLY)

Shipments are dispatched every Thursday. To ensure your order is packed and shipped within the same week, it must be placed by 10 am on Friday at the latest. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the following Thursday.

We understand that Brexit has made international shipping procedures more complicated. The change in international regulations has forced us to modify our existing procedures for delivering orders to EU member countries. One of the most significant changes is that we no longer deliver such orders directly from the UK warehouse to customers. However, as Cross The Limits, we have ensured that the new regulations allow us to deliver ordered products efficiently. So, what does overseas shipping look like after the changes described above?

We have now introduced a new shipping model that involves sending goods to our warehouse in the EU. Such shipping allows us to speed up a lot of paperwork when shipping packages to the EU. So, how does the whole procedure look in practice?

If you order supplements from one of the EU member countries, your package will first be directed to our warehouse in the EU, and then already from the EU territory, we will send it to you with the help of a courier company. This is the fastest and most cost-effective way of shipping, ensuring you receive your package quickly. Of course, you can track your shipment at any time and check its current delivery status. All this is done so that you know when the ordered shipment will arrive.

What will the average delivery time be in this case? It already depends on factors such as the number of parcels ordered, the weight of the products, and the destination address (country), but we would like to say it will take no longer than ten days.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

If you return your purchase by post or courier after 14 days, we reserve the right to refrain from offering you a refund or may return your purchase.

If you decide to return the item, you will be subject to a restocking fee and still have to pay return shipping.

Refunds can only be given for products returned to us in their original condition. We cannot issue a refund for any item which has been opened or used.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used is not in original condition or is defective will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. In this case, you will be subject to a restocking fee and still have to pay for return shipping.

Cancellation

Please keep in mind that the 2% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if the product still needs to be dispatched.

Please make sure we receive your returned items within 14 days of receiving them so we can refund you via the original payment method.

Returns sent without the abovementioned points will be held for seven days only. After this period, the parcel will be destroyed, and the refund will not be honoured.
