Rule 1 R1 LBS is a high-quality nutritional gainer. It contains carbohydrates and whey protein in a 5:1 ratio, with 40g of protein per serving. This nutrient must have no fillers in the form of sugar or poor-quality vegetable protein. Instead, Rule 1 contains peas and rice bran.


Creatine – a chemical compound, an acid, used by muscle cells to produce and store high-energy compounds.
